Sam, Saad and Samrat route pre-vetted Active Buyers to Supply Partners each month, after qualifying both sides upfront.
See how we source, qualify and route each introduction.
We track companies with active needs, qualify both sides upfront and make the introduction.
Track companies showing buying signals
We monitor signals in the market that often create a buying window for companies.
Qualify both sides upfront
Based on what the demand company needs, we source the right supply-side partner and qualify both sides upfront. We confirm the problem, requirements and partner fit so both sides spend time only on a relevant opportunity.

Give both sides a clear brief
Before any introduction, we form a clear view on the fit and give each side a short brief explaining why the other company fits, why the timing is right and why the introduction makes sense now.
- Company size and market
- Problem and business impact
- Required partner capability
- Available budget and deadline
- Relevant work with peers

Facilitate a warm introduction
When the fit is clear and both sides want the conversation, we facilitate a warm, context-rich introduction while the buying window is live. Both sides then take over the commercial conversation, terms and fulfillment.

Discuss a potential partnershipFrequently asked questions
01What makes an introduction pre-vetted?+
We verify that a real need exists, the relevant decision-maker is involved, the opportunity fits the supply partner's capability and both sides want the conversation before we connect them.
02How do you qualify the demand side?+
We track buying signals such as recent funding, company expansion, leadership changes, product launches, new-market entry, growth pressure, revenue churn and hiring surges. We then confirm the need is real, the buying window is active, the right decision-maker is involved, and there is an active budget and defined deadline.
03How do you qualify supply-side partners?+
We assess capability, track record, current capacity, geographic fit, response speed and whether the partner can responsibly serve the opportunities we route.
04What happens after an introduction?+
We make a direct introduction with the context both sides need. From there, the buyer and supply partner own the commercial conversation, scope and delivery relationship.
05Is the introduction volume guaranteed?+
Depending on the market, deal size and agreed scope, we guarantee either a defined introduction volume or a defined delivery scope. For volume-based engagements, if the routing window ends before the agreed number is delivered, we extend the window at no cost until it is fulfilled.
06Do you guarantee introduction quality?+
Yes. Every introduction must match the qualification criteria agreed during onboarding. If one does not, tell us within 5–7 business days and we will replace it at no additional cost.
07Which markets do you work in?+
We work in focused B2B markets where the need can be identified, both sides can be qualified and a trusted introduction materially improves the transaction.
08How does the engagement work?+
We agree the market, qualification criteria, capacity and routing boundaries upfront. We then source and qualify opportunities before introducing accepted matches.
09How does pricing work?+
Sourcing demand, qualifying companies upfront and facilitating an introduction based on fit requires active work from our team. That is why engagements begin with an upfront fee. Final pricing depends on the market, sourcing difficulty, scope and number of introductions, and is agreed during the discovery call.
10Do you work with competing supply partners?+
We protect the routing logic agreed with each partner. Any category or territory boundaries are discussed upfront so there is no ambiguity about where a partner sits in the network.
