I closed a couple of them. 0:51 So you can see cold email actually works. and the fastest method to getting results from it then it simply means your cold emailing infrastructure is not set up in a way to bring consistent clients. 1:04 Uh, let me show you exactly what you need to do in your business to make this work in 2025 before here are a few things I assume you already have in your business to make cold emailing work successfully. 1:14 Uh, first one is solid into offer. Uh, I assume you already have a solid introductory offer in your business for your clients that is low ticket in price. 1:23 Example, lead magnet or some kind of free audit service works specially well to get clients opt in for your service and we can obviously off sale them later to our higher tier service if they're eligible. 1:34 Um, second, clients testimonial about the service. It's, it's important to have a testimonial that, uh, are directly relevant to the type of prospect you are targeting. 1:43 This really makes the prospect confident in buying your service. Now Now let's talk about the step-by-step process to make cold emailing work. 1:50 Uh, list building, email infrastructure, and finally your email copy. First step, list building. A list building is the most important part of cold emailing in 2025. 1:59 Back in 2024, you could just grab a list of 20,000 people in your niche and blast them with emails and you'd easily get 100 calls, but in 2025 the rules have changed significantly. 2:11 You can no longer just email anyone in your niche and hope that they might need a service. You need a list of people who are actually showing signals in the market that they need your service. 4:23 with marketing. But, you can't do that anymore. Now, you must only reach out to startup that actually need your service. 2:32 Otherwise, your emails will get marketed spam. and your ideal clients won't even see or respond to them. 2:43 many ways to build a list of high intent leads. One way in this case is to look for the startup that are currently hiring ahead of growth. 2:50 If they're hiring for that role, it's a clear sign that marketing is a current challenge challenge, and they are actively willing to invest in solving it. 2:57 You can strategically align yourself with their problem and reach out to them. This process can be manually. This process can be done manually, but there are also ways to automate it if you want to scale. 3:06 Second step, emailing infrastructure. After you get the least, another most important thing is your email infrastructure. It's a bit technical topic. 3:14 We won't be diving deep here, but essentially you must never do cold emailing, uh, through your company's primary domain. Your email copy should not have any kind of hard selling offer in the first email sequence. 3:57 Don't include any hard sales pieces in your first email. Uh, the first email is to learn about the prospect and start a conversation. 4:05 Uh, if you don't get replies your emails may, may be marked as spam even if you're not spamming. So don't piece your service right away. 4:13 Instead, you use the email to begin a sales talk. before sending, do some research on the prospect, find things that they are proud of. 4:20 This is a personalization part. Finally, end with a smart question to start the conversation. There is a particular framework that you can follow to write the best copy which actually converts client. 4:31 And, uh, it is a OPSA framework. Oh, observation. You're going to start writing email with an observation that you made about the prospect. 4:39 Uh, P, problem. This is where you inform the problem related to the observation that you made as solution in this part of the email you will present them the solution to the problem that you have observed. 4:50 If you can put some relevant case study concisely it will be even great. Uh, and finally ask, uh, it is an open-ended question or closed question that will make prospect to respond to the email. 5:02 Uh, here is an example copy following this exact framework. See, the subject is sort and curious, uh, which makes the reader likely to open the email. 5:12 And, uh, with the email body you can see we are following our OPI as a framework here. Our first line of e-mail copy is observation. 5:21 second part of the e-mail is problem. Third part the email is solution, here we are presenting the solution with relevant case study and finally the ask person or soft ask. 5:33 So that they feel curious to know more and hence reply to the e-mail. Uh, let me quickly read the e-mail for you. 5:40 Subject. Hiring head of growth. Alex. Looks like dash AI growth playbook is similar to what sentient AI did last year. 5:47 Alex.
